Ascot Group partnered with Bespoke Events Management to mark its 25th anniversary, bringing colleagues together for a summer celebration in London. Twenty-five years in business deserved more than another corporate party. The occasion needed to recognise Ascot’s history, thank the people who had been part of it and create a celebration that felt true to the company and the relationships behind its success.
Milestone events carry a different kind of expectation. They need to feel significant without becoming overly formal, and celebratory without losing sight of the people and story behind the business.
For Ascot Group, the challenge was to create an evening that felt distinctly different from its usual events while still feeling recognisably theirs. With more than 250 guests attending, it also needed to bring colleagues together naturally across one shared celebration.
We created an elegant summer reception across Rose Court’s rooftop and indoor spaces, building the experience around Ascot Group’s 25-year milestone rather than treating the anniversary as simply a theme.
Bespoke anniversary branding, styling and lighting gave the event its own identity, while champagne, canapés and roaming live music set the tone as guests arrived. A personal thank you from the CEO provided the moment to reflect on the significance of the anniversary before the evening moved naturally into a DJ-led celebration.
Every element was considered around how Ascot Group wanted its guests to feel: welcomed, valued and part of an important moment in the company’s story.
More than 250 people who had played a part in Ascot Group’s journey came together to celebrate 25 years, moving between rooftop views, beautifully styled spaces, live music and relaxed hospitality.
The evening created room for both sides of a milestone celebration: the opportunity to look back at what had been achieved and the chance to simply enjoy being together.
For Ascot Group, it was a celebration of the business and colleagues behind it. For Bespoke, that is what a company anniversary should be: not just marking the number of years, but creating an experience that feels worthy of everything it took to get there.
