HIVE Underwriting partnered with Bespoke Events Management to bring 20 key broker partners together for an afternoon of padel, hospitality and informal networking in London. The event was designed to feel modern, energetic and sociable, creating a fresh alternative to traditional corporate hospitality while giving HIVE and its brokers genuine time together.
The experience needed to combine friendly competition with relationship building, while remaining inclusive for guests with different levels of padel experience.
With a relatively short event window, the tournament also needed to keep all 20 guests involved and engaged, before transitioning naturally from competitive play into relaxed food, drinks and networking.
We created a structured but informal tournament at Padel Social Club, with guests divided into balanced teams and competing through round-robin and knockout stages.
A coach-led briefing introduced the format before play began across multiple courts, culminating in semi-finals and a Show Court final. Bespoke managed the tournament planning, guest experience, hospitality, content opportunities and on-site delivery throughout.
The afternoon combined fast-paced padel with plenty of opportunities for guests to socialise, finishing with a winner presentation followed by food and drinks.
The result was a lively broker event that encouraged natural interaction and friendly competition, giving HIVE a memorable way to strengthen relationships with its partners in an environment that felt relaxed, contemporary and true to the brand.
