Inigo, a specialist insurance business, partnered with Bespoke Events Management to design and deliver a senior team offsite for a small leadership group.

The audience included senior decision-makers, with the aim of creating an experience that felt both rewarding and purposeful away from boardrooms, distractions, and routine.

The Challenge

The brief was to find a distinctive venue within easy reach of London that could support an overnight stay, shared dining, and curated activities across two days.

The experience needed to feel special and immersive, while remaining relaxed, well-paced, and appropriate for a senior audience seeking quality time together rather than a traditional corporate agenda.

The Approach

We hosted the offsite at Port Lympne Wild Animal Reserve and Hotel, creating a bespoke experience set within the Kentish Savannah.

Guests were invited to engage with the setting through carefully curated moments including guided animal encounters, a private safari tour, and hosted dining experiences. An overnight stay in the reserve’s lodges allowed the group to fully disconnect, slow the pace, and enjoy uninterrupted time together.

Every element was designed to feel intentional and personal, encouraging conversation, connection, and a shared sense of adventure without over-structuring the experience.
