IQUW partnered with Bespoke Events Management to host 40 guests across two Alpine retreats in the Dolomites, bringing clients together for a premium mountain experience designed around far more than skiing. The ambition was to create an experience that felt exceptional from the moment guests arrived, combining the excitement of the mountains with outstanding hospitality, thoughtful hosting and enough choice for every guest to enjoy the trip in their own way.
Corporate ski trips can easily become centred around the strongest skiers and the après-ski that follows. IQUW wanted something more considered.
With different skiing abilities, interests and expectations across the groups, every guest needed to feel equally included. The programme had to offer exceptional skiing while creating just as much value away from the slopes, with wellness, dining and time to relax all forming part of the experience.
Most importantly, IQUW needed to be able to host its clients without worrying about the logistics behind the trip.
We designed a fully hosted Alpine experience where choice was built into the programme, allowing guests to ski, explore, relax or recharge without feeling that they were missing the main event.
Luxury chalet accommodation created a shared home for each group, while personalised itineraries brought together skiing, mountain experiences, massages, carefully considered evenings, dining and après-ski. Guest movements, airport transfers and daily logistics were managed throughout, with ongoing support ensuring requests could be handled as the trip unfolded.
The structure was carefully planned, but deliberately did not feel that way to guests. There was always something available, without the experience ever feeling over-programmed.
Guests could spend the day skiing the Dolomites, choose an alternative mountain experience or take time out to relax and recharge before coming back together over exceptional food and considered evenings.
The balance between adventure, wellness, hospitality and downtime meant the retreat worked for the whole group, rather than expecting every guest to experience the mountains in the same way.
For IQUW, that meant being able to focus on its clients. For guests, it meant arriving knowing everything had been considered, with the freedom to switch off, enjoy the experience and spend meaningful time together.
