KEN partnered with Bespoke Events Management to curate an exclusive hosted experience aboard the Belmond British Pullman, one of the most iconic luxury trains in the UK.
The guest list consisted of senior stakeholders and valued guests, with the event positioned as a premium relationship-building experience rather than a traditional corporate gathering.
The Challenge
The brief was to deliver a high-end, distinctive experience that felt indulgent, seamless, and memorable, while working within the constraints of a live luxury transport environment.
Every detail needed to reflect refinement and care, from guest arrival and boarding through to pacing, dining, and the overall atmosphere to ensuring the experience felt effortless and considered throughout.
The Approach
We curated a hosted journey aboard the restored 1920s British Pullman, combining timeless design with exceptional service and fine dining.
Guests were welcomed with a sparkling reception before settling into beautifully restored carriages, where a multi-course dining experience unfolded as the train travelled through the Kentish countryside. The pace of the day was intentionally unhurried, allowing conversation, connection, and enjoyment to take centre stage.
By focusing on flow, hospitality, and detail, the experience delivered a sense of occasion that felt both nostalgic and elevated. Creating a shared memory designed to last well beyond the journey itself.
