Octopus Electric Vehicles partnered with Bespoke Events Management to create a two-day brand event for up to 350 guests per day at Littleton Manor Farm in Surrey. Bringing together leadership, colleagues and the wider world of electric mobility, the event needed to feel unmistakably OEV. It was an opportunity to combine important company content with the innovation, sustainability and energy behind the brand, while giving guests an experience that went far beyond a traditional corporate event.
The scale and ambition of the event meant creating an environment that could work simultaneously as a leadership event, automotive showcase, meeting space and social experience.
OEV needed the infrastructure for presentations and business conversations, but it also wanted guests to experience the rapidly evolving electric vehicle landscape first-hand. With hundreds of people attending each day, technology, connectivity, hospitality and guest movement all needed to work seamlessly across a large outdoor site.
We transformed Littleton Manor Farm into a multi-zone OEV experience, giving different parts of the programme their own identity while keeping everything connected through the brand.
At the heart of the event was Electric Avenue, showcasing EV prototypes, concept vehicles and models that had not yet been released in the UK, giving guests a glimpse of what was coming next in electric mobility.
Alongside the automotive experience, we created open-air meeting and presentation spaces, including a workstation for 50 guests with reliable video connectivity, tipi meeting areas and a relaxed food-truck village. This allowed leadership content and business conversations to sit naturally alongside product discovery and hospitality.
Guests could move from leadership sessions and meetings into Electric Avenue, where they could get close to new and unreleased electric vehicles, before continuing conversations over food and drinks in the festival-style surroundings.
The combination of future-facing automotive technology, open-air working spaces and relaxed hospitality created an event that felt much closer to the personality of OEV than a conventional conference environment.
For guests, it was a chance to experience where electric mobility was heading next. For OEV, it created a setting where its products, people and brand could all be experienced together.
