Our Brief
The Bespoke Events Management team were tasked to host a unique event for 15 guests and 5 team members at a distinct venue within a 2-hour drive of London.
To include an overnight stay dinner, with an activity on both days.
The Event
Hosted at Port Lympne Wild Animal Reserve and Hotel. We created an unforgettable “different perception on risk” themed event nestled in the Kentish Savannah. Home to over 900 rare and endangered species, our guests had the opportunity to choose from three different animal encounters, where they were able to get face-to-face and feed some of the most iconic species on the planet. Guests enjoyed an exclusive introduction from the Reserve’s head ranger, a private guided safari tour across the park followed by a unique Kentish sparkling wine-tasting experience, a 3-course dinner, and an overnight stay in the hotel's beautifully designed lodges and creeks.
